Refund policy
At DilaFashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Here's how to initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at info@DilaFashion.com. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Affix the return label to the package and send it back to us.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
- We do not accept returns of final sale items, including but not limited to all home goods.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
